  • Comfortable treatment. For our patients’ convenience, we can offer several treatment options for each budget.
  • Absolute safety of treatment. We implement high instrument sterilization standards and Anti-AIDS/Anti-Hepatitis programs.
  • Individual approach to each patient. For patients who specially come to us from other cities, there is a treatment program with an adapted schedule of visits.
  • A special family atmosphere. We like to make sure that patients of all generations feel comfortable and cozy at our clinic.

Our Services

  • General Dentistry
    Fast and accurate diagnostics using modern devices for computerized X-ray examination, as well as digital 3D tomographs, allows us to choose the optimal dental treatment plan, taking into account the patient’s individual needs.
  • Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
    Surgical Dentistry is a direction in dentistry that deals not only with the extraction of teeth, but also with surgical operations aimed at preserving teeth, bones, and soft tissues.
  • Periodontics
    The periodontium consists of the gum, the cementum of the tooth root, the periodontium, and the alveolar bone of the jaw. Its main task is to firmly hold the tooth in the bone and protect it during the chewing process. In general, the gums become inflamed due to harmful microbial plaque, which is formed due to the lack of necessary hygiene procedures.
  • Teeth Whitening
    Beautiful, perfectly white and even teeth make a smile more attractive, and it attracts those around you. However, snow-white and perfect teeth are not naturally given to everyone. Dentistry Department doctors at Somerset Clinic can help you improve your smile.

Paediatric Dentistry

Paediatric dentistry (children dentistry) includes treatment of milk and permanent occlusion teeth using modern techniques:

  • Restoration with light-curing materials with the restoration of the shape and function of the tooth;
  • Milk teeth filling with glass ionomer cement and compomers with the possibility of choosing the colour of the filling;
  • Treatment of milk teeth pulpitis during the first visit using the vital amputation method (MTA, ZOE), which is of high quality, safe, does not stain the tooth tissue and saves parents’ time, reducing the number of visits.
  • Treatment of pulpitis and periodontitis of permanent teeth with incomplete root growth and uncovered apical foramina (apexification and abiogenesis procedure).s

Planned Help

  • Planned oral hygiene
  • Preparation of the oral cavity for prosthetics
  • Tooth-preserving operations for radicular cysts (cystotomy, cystectomy)
  • Operations for benign neoplasms of the oral mucosa (papilloma, fibroma, epulis, retention cyst)
  • Intraosseous implant surgery
  • Use of orthodontic implants
  • Sinus lift (increase in the volume of the wall of the maxillary sinus)
  • Guided bone regeneration

All Types of Preventive Work

  • Professional teeth cleaning
  • Oral hygiene education
  • Remineralizing therapy
  • Surgical dentistry – removal of teeth, bone protrusions (exostoses), the opening of gum abscess

Emergency Assistance

  • Acute odontogenic inflammatory diseases (periostitis, pericoronitis)
  • Injuries of the maxillofacial region (traumatic periodontitis, lacerations of soft tissues)

One of the new directions in our Dental Department is the installation of dental implants and dental prosthetics on implants. Dental implants are considered the most effective method for solving the problem of a missing tooth, several of them or all teeth in the oral cavity. There is a simple explanation for this: unlike any other prostheses, a dental implant allows you to restore not only the top, but also the root of a tooth, which is physiologically correct for the full functioning of our dentition. Dental implantation allows you to restore a missing tooth without damaging adjacent teeth and without the use of removable dentures in case of total defects in the dentition.

It is important to know that the treatment success depends not only on the experience of the doctor, but also on many other factors such as: the responsible preparation of the patient, the correct choice of implant and crown, the implantation technique, and the individual characteristics of the body.

When Should You Visit a Dentist?

Immediate treatment is required for teeth diseases which are accompanied by pain, swelling, bleeding or formations on the oral mucosa. However, the reason to visit the dentist should be symptoms such as:
  • the presence of cavities in the tooth;
  • any chips, damage to the enamel;
  • the appearance of roughness on the enamel;
  • the appearance of spots on the surfaces of the tooth;
  • the appearance of bad breath;
  • increased tooth sensitivity when exposed to sweet, sour, cold or hot foods.
